Q How can I pay for my goods?
A We accept all major credit and debit cards and pay pal for all our orders. Payment is required before goods can be released. This also includes shipping costs which will be calculated for you. Payment is also accepted by cheque for mail order goods. Please do not send cash.
Q Can I pay by cheque?
A If you wish to pay by cheque please call with details of the products you wish to purchase and we will process your order over the phone or select cheque as a method of payment at checkout. Please note we will require payment before the goods are despatched and cheques usually take 5-7 days to clear from when we receive your cheque.
Q What Shipping carrier do you use?
A We use Royal Mail for all deliveries apart from unusually large or awkward items which will be sent by courier.
Q Can i cancel an order?
A You are able to cancel your order without charge if we have not processed it for shipping. If it has been processed shipping charges may be applied. If the order has already been sent please return within 14 days to obtain a full refund. Please note we are not able to refund shipping costs for items sent back for refunds.
Q How many days do I have to return my goods if they are unsuitable?
A You have 14 days to return all unsuitable items for a full refund.
Q Can I hire my costume online?
A This is not possible, as we have so many costumes to choose from we suggest that you come and visit the shop to try different styles on. This is part of the fun,the trying on experience! We have an extensive stock and it is a great way of getting ideas and finding out what suits you. Please note when you hire a costume from Wardrobe you will be required to leave a deposit (usually twice the hire value) and agree to our terms and conditions of which you will be given a copy. We also kindly request that if you would like to hire a costume that you arrive before 5.30pm weekdays and 4.30pm Saturday to enable you to choose and try on outfits and complete the hire process before closing.
Q Are your costumes regulated?
A All our sales costumes are made in house or purchased from reputable wholesalers and have the required British Safety standard. Unlike some clothing for children our suppliers conform to the requirements of European Safety Standards EN71-2. We encourage all parents to be aware of the standards and fully support all Government guidelines and initiatives. Please call if you require further information.
Q Can i have an extended period of Hire?
A Yes extended Hire is available upon request and availability of the items.
Q Are your contact lense eye accessories suitable for anyone?
A Please note these are for cosmetic use only and will not correct any defects or sight issues. Please ensure you read fully all instructions supplied with these accessories before using. When purchasing these accessories you are agreeing that you do not suffer from any of the following

That you will read the instructions clearly and follow the guide for safe wearing, removal and care of your new colour eye accessories
That you will immediately remove your colour eye accessories if you experience any undue irritation, discomfort, excess watering or redness of eye
