Cambridge's original Fancy Dress Costume and Party Shop, Wardrobe first opened in 1984 as an idea of Leslie Symondson. Upon winning a local fancy dress competition with one of her young daughters, Leslie realised she could combine her creativity and fun theatrical nature into a business, and so Wardrobe was born. With its fun atmosphere and vibrant selection of costumes and party accessories, Wardrobe quickly became a destination shop and had a fabulous 42 years serving the community, local theatre groups and party scene.
